Forgiveness Series

Tools to create space for something new and beautiful to grow within.

The practice of forgiveness is a deeply personal journey. â€‹We encourage you to honor your unique process and do what feels right without judgment or pressure.

As you start practicing, you may notice a range of experiences, including the resurfacing of old memories you’ve tucked away, moments of emotional catharsis, or a new sense of lightness and ease. Improved breathing, sweeter relationships, a better mood, and a more optimistic outlook are just some of the positive changes that may emerge over time.

Forgiveness often happens in layers. We recommend starting with one person or one aspect and working through it for a few days or weeks, as needed, returning to it later to uncover deeper levels.

Because people connect with words differently, you may wish to try the different versions of the forgiveness tracks below and choose the one that resonates most with you.
