All It Took Was An Open Mind

A client’s journey from not knowing what to do to discovering what’s possible, just by saying yes.

How do you put your finger on something that’s invisible?

Being open-minded and willing to try is a great place to start your wellness journey, whether you're dealing with something chronic or something that just showed up. Often that alone is enough to begin shifting unhealthy psychological patterns, emotional responses, and even chronic physical symptoms that could be rooted in trauma, which is just as invisible.

Usually, as your mind and body begin to process the changes sparked by balancing your energy body through Pranic Healing, several things happen: perspective shifts, decision-making changes, responses transform. Your body’s self-healing capacity improves, and eventually, how you experience life changes. The best part? Often, the effects are cumulative.

This reflection comes from a client who was drawing blanks when they first approached us for remote Pranic Healing. They started out unsure… and experienced deep transformation that fills their life with greater peace and happiness. It's shared with permission, and minimally edited for clarity.

✧ 1. What was happening in your life when you first considered Pranic Healing?

(What challenges, patterns, or questions drew you here?)

Two things. My personal life and my professional life were both being affected. I was dealing with repeating patterns of self-rejection and self-sabotage. It affected everything. My challenge as an adult was that my success was not consistent, because every time I did something well, I thought, ‘This isn’t possible. How is it possible for me to achieve this?’ I really had a lot of setbacks because of self-sabotage.

Most of this was subconscious, but the parts that I was aware of, I couldn’t do anything about them at the conscious level. That was my main challenge. Being aware is one thing, but not being able to do anything about it was my biggest challenge. It wasn’t like I could show it to someone and they could fix it. It was all subconscious. That’s when I realised it’s something to do with my energy, and I decided to explore.

✧ 2. What was your biggest hesitation before beginning?

(What made you hesitate? And what helped you move forward anyway?)

Remote Pranic Healing. I did not believe in it. Motivation from my spouse, who said ‘Let’s try,’ made me move forward. That attitude of trying is what made me move forward.

✧ 3. What surprised you about the experience?

(A moment, a feeling, a shift. Something you didn’t expect.)

I didn’t believe remote Pranic Healing could work. Yet, when my first session was facilitated, I was so sleepy! I was able to feel something was happening. My emotions were fluctuating. I took one week off from work. I went through so many emotions. So this was proof, and I thought it can work if I focus in the right direction. That to me was the biggest turning point. Because if I didn’t feel it, I wouldn’t have bothered.

✧ 4. What small (or big) changes did you begin to notice in yourself?

(Emotionally, mentally, physically — how did things begin to move?)

The emotional change was my inner peace. We were also working on anger and losing my temper. This helped. I wasn’t losing my temper as easily. Actually, this was a very big thing emotionally.

Mentally, my perspective shifted. I started thinking differently, that everything is happening for the good. One of the big realizations was that even challenging circumstances are for the good. We are all the same. The thought process changed.

Physically, I felt refreshed. I followed all the recommendations to support my energy body. I think Super Brain Yoga (the version taught by Master Choa Kok Sui) is very powerful.

✧ 5. Looking back, how would you describe where you were then… and where you are now?

Looking back, the biggest change I have seen is not being bothered by anything. Even in this current situation (a close family member is in and out of hospital). Earlier, I would have panicked. But now I’m not being bothered by every emotion. This is the biggest change.

And, of course, the self -sabotage. The practice of forgiveness really helped. The understanding that I’m a being, and it’s okay to make mistakes. The forgiveness part is very good. It’s life changing.

✧ 6. If someone close to you was struggling and asked, “How did it go with Lifeforce Integrated, anyway? Should I reach out to them?” What would you say? Did anything stand out to you?

Yes, definitely reach out to them. And at least give it a try. That’s the main thing. Everyone has a different perception of how it works. But from my experience, I started as a naysayer, and I’ve seen it work. Now, I’ve also got my spouse on. So definitely give it a try.

You give personal attention at each and every personal meeting (Touch Base meeting). You listen, and you share your perspective and guidance. This I think is most valuable, in addition to the remote sessions. The sessions are very good, but the Touch Base meetings – they are phenomenal. That’s the only word I can use. Because that’s the thing that kept me going.

What stands out to me is your vibe, and responsiveness, and how flexible you are. It’s not about business, it’s about helping me. Yes, I’m paying the fees, but that is just an element. It’s not about money for you. It’s about you helping others… with your own experience.

✧ 7. As this part of your journey wraps up, what will you commit to or continue exploring and making your own  to help maintain your energy as you go through daily life?

Keep focusing on forgiveness, and your other recommendations. Those are factors to maintain my energy.

And just knowing that we are all connected energetically. So if you give, you’ll get back. I think this is the biggest change in thinking. And that’s where the Twin Hearts Meditation is so good. It completely changes your perception.
